The Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus suite of products are now available to the campus community via the following options:

  • New self-service installation options are available for college-owned computers
  • Starting this Spring all technology renewal computers will come with Office 365 ProPlus
  • Office 365 ProPlus will be installed in all lab and classroom computers in the Summer 2020 (Office 365 ProPlus is fully backwards compatible with the current version installed in the lab and classrooms)

We want to thank everyone for their patience through the transition to our new timecards. Today (01/10/2020) the first bi-weekly pay processed through IC HR Cloud and we wanted to share information regarding your payslip: 

  • Your payslip is now viewable in IC HR Cloud by using the Pay app, then clicking on Payslips. As we progress throughout the year, you will be able to navigate to older payslips. Payslips for 2019 are still available in Parnassus.  Your 2019 W-2 will also be available in Parnassus later this month.
  • Payslips include deductions and other details that are important, and employees are encouraged to review their payslips regularly.
