Colleges Against Cancer is inviting anyone who has ever been diagnosed with cancer to attend Ithaca College's Relay For Life. Relay is part of the American Cancer Society and is the biggest fundraiser in the world. Relay is for everyone--faculty, staff, students, families, community members, cancer survivors, caregivers, people who have been lucky enough to never have been affected by cancer--ANYONE.
Effective leaders are aware of their personal tendencies, as well as the preferences/tendencies of others in their organization/on their team.
