The Dept of Politics is now offering a Minor in International Politics.  The minor involves 7 courses / 21 credits and is made up of international studies courses in the Politics Department.

The twelfth annual observance of National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day is February 7. National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (NBHAAD) is a national effort to increase awareness, participation, and support for HIV education, prevention, care, and treatment among African-American people.

Dawn Pierce, mezzo soprano and assistant professor of voice within the School of Music, recently performed Lola in Cavalleria Rusticana by Pietro Mascagni with Opera Tampa.  She performed under the baton of the legendary Maestro Anton Coppola.
