Barney Beins has co-authored a psychology statistics-research methods book with co-author Maureen McCarthy of Kennesaw State University. The book is published by Pearson Higher Education.
 

Minna  Resnick (Art) sold three drawings to The Johnson Museum at Cornell University for their collection.

Minna Resnick (Art) has a suite of six embroidered drawings being exhibited in the “LOL” Exhibition, Albany International Airport, NY. The show opened October 1 and goes through March 31, 2012.

Minna Resnick (Art) has a drawing accepted in the "Drawing Resurfaced", Stewart Center Gallery, Purdue University, W. Lafayette, IN. The show runs from August 29 through October 9, 2011.

CPR/AED recertification

There will be an American Red Cross CPR/AED for The Professional Rescuer/Lifegaurds recertification CHALLENGE on October 11th and 12th from 5:30pm - 7:30pm in the A&E Center wet classroom. The cost is $45. To sign up or if you have questions email Nate Brisley at nbrisley@ithaca.edu

The Town of Prattsville, NY, located in the Catskill Mountain region along Schoharie Creek, was almost destroyed by the flood waters caused by Hurricane Irene. More than 130 homes in this small town of 700 residents were damaged or destroyed by flooding, and the area has a great need of volunteers to come to Prattsville and help with recovery efforts. This amounts to approximately 40 - 50% of the homes in Prattsville.
