Summer Grants are intended to support post-terminal degree scholarly/creative endeavors. Proposals may be submitted by full-time continuing Ithaca College faculty members and faculty regularly employed on at least a half-time basis. Awards provide $4,187 in compensation for 8 weeks of full-time work. The deadline for submission is 12:00pm on March 26, 2021.

VoiceThread has improved their Assignment feature that allows an instructor to grade student work and pass a grade to the learning management system (Sakai or Canvas). On June 30, 2021 all VoiceThread users will use the new Assignments feature. VoiceThread will be hosting four, free, one-hour workshops to support faculty at all levels of experience with the tool including a dedicated workshop on the new Assignments feature. This past year has been trying for all of us. Join us for a staff/faculty gathering to give and get support from one another. This is meant to be a safe space to share your grief surrounding the pandemic and otherwise, as well as provide the compassionate presence to colleagues who are also coping with grief and loss of all kinds.
