People with resilience are able to "bounce back" after something goes wrong, to learn from their experiences and continue to move forward with their goals despite the stress. Located in the Center for Health Promotion, wellness coaching is tailored to the concerns and goals of each individual student. Students may come in for a single session, or several sessions over the course of a semester.
