The Health Promotion Committee is proud to present Allison Stokes in the final event of our Health Promotion Series, "Taking Care of You".

Balancing physical, emotional and spiritual well being is a challenge. Drawing on her research and experience as chaplain, historian, and mother, Allison Stokes will explore mind/body/spirit wholeness and invite conversation and sharing.
