Contributed by Garry Brodhead on 03/18/03

Nancy Rader, psychology, Sandra Herndon, OCLD, and Garry Brodhead, associate provost, presented "The Ithaca College Faculty Workload Project: Modeling Change and Institutional Learning," at the American Association for Higher Education Learning to Change conference in Washington DC, March 17.

The new Learning to Change series replaces AAHE's Faculty Roles and Rewards conferences and will focus on topics relating to work, changing institutional culture to address rapid change in higher education, and issues relating student learning. The keynote speaker, Howard Gardner, addressed his recently completed study on "Good Work," presented in the book of the same name. AAHE is a national organization for faculty and administrators.
