National Alcohol Screening Day is a day designed to raise public awareness about the consequences of drinking, to provide alcohol screening for those who are concerned about their own use of alcohol, and to increase knowledge regarding alcohol’s effect on physical and emotional health.
- Alcohol screening for students is available at the counseling center from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm on April 10 (no appointment necessary).
- Students can access anonymous online screening at the counseling center website.
- Alcohol screening for faculty, staff and community members will be available at the Tompkins County Public Library from 10:00 am-4:00 pm (sponsored by the Alcohol and Drug Council of Tompkins County and the Ithaca Drug Treatment Court).
