Leadership & Empowerment Workshop for Girls
For girls who will be in grades 7-9 in fall 2003
July 21-25, 2003
9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Through a unique blend of leadership skill building activities and group empowerment techniques, workshop participants are able to expand their understanding of how to lead groups, enhance individual and group communication, and have fun doing it!

The daily program is a mix of creative learning and fun, structure and openness, group activities and individual exploration. The girls will first experience leadership and empowerment skills and activities through innovative group dynamics and recreational activities, and, on the last two days, they will be co-leading activities in a safe and caring environment.

The registration fee for the workshop is $195. The deadline for registration is July 7. Enrollment is limited to 14 girls, who are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
