Summer is almost here, and there is still time to get in shape for your upcoming vacation! Thanks to the efforts of Staff Council, we are able to continue to offer our very own Ithaca College "Weight Watchers at Work" program.
Many community members have already seen the benefits of the program -- you have probably noticed how healthy they look! Please consider joining us for a fun and easy way to learn how to enjoy a healthy lifestyle and to lose weight while doing so. It is much easier to do when you do it with friends!
Our next session will begin on May 27 and will run through September 9. All the information you will need follows:
- WHO: Ithaca College community members
- WHEN: Tuesdays, noon-1:00 PM, May 27 - September 9, 2003
- WHERE: Most meetings will be held in the Alumni Hall Conference Room. PLEASE NOTE: The first week's meeting will be held in Park 220, as will the June 24th meeting.
- LEADER: IC alumna Bobbi Chafee (class of 1970), a Weight Watcher leader in the Ithaca area for over 13 years, and a very inspiring and entertaining presenter.
- HOW TO REGISTER: All new and returning members should register with the campus coordinator, Anne Woodard (see contact information below). We must have at least 15 members registered by MAY 20th.
- SPECIAL RATE: Our program has a reduced rate of $159 for 16 weeks. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. For those who prefer to do so, payment may be made in 2 installments of $79.50 each. Both payments must be presented (with the current date) when you register and before May 20. The checks will be deposited (or credit card processed) 3 weeks apart.
