The Office of Multicultural Affairs is pleased to announce clinical psychologist Eder Gongora Gomez will be visiting the campus this week for Latino Heritage Month.

His lecture will be held on Thursday, September 18, 6:00-7:00 p.m., in 222 Williams Hall.

Gongora Gomez will be addressing the psychosocial factors associated with the migration stress in Latino refugees living in Canada. He will also discuss his work as a settlement worker and how he helps new immigrants and refugees adjust to their new lives.
