As we reported to you earlier, Ithaca College has contracted with a national provider of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, Employee Network, Inc. (ENI). You can access your EAP by calling toll free 1-800-EAP-CALL (1-800-327-2255) 24 hours a day. The EAP is a confidential service. For those of you who have not yet been able to attend a session, additional general orientation sessions have been scheduled to familiarize you with services offered through this new benefit. On September 24, sessions will be in the Clark Lounge, Campus Center, at 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. Sessions will also be held on September 30 in the Human Resources Conference Room, Administration Annex, at 9:30 and 10:30 a.m.
All orientation sessions are scheduled for approximately 30 minutes. Please call the benefits department at ext. 4-3245 to reserve a seat at one of the meetings.
In addition, we are also conducting sessions for all Ithaca College supervisors. This training is available on the following dates:
- September 24, 1:00 p.m., Clark Lounge
- September 30, 1:00 p.m., North Meeting Room
