Ithaca College

The Offices of Conference and Event Services and Catering Services invite the campus community to attend one of two event planning workshops on Thursday, November 6.

To allow as many people as possible to attend, sessions will be held 9:00-10:30 a.m. and 1:00-2:30 p.m. in Emerson C.

All aspects of on-campus event planning will be covered, including room reservations, room set-up, production and audiovisual services, and catering. Come learn important timelines, suggestions, and tips about how to best plan an event.

RSVP by November 4 by calling 4-3313 or e-mail mbrubaker@ithaca.edu. Refreshments will be provided, and fun prizes will be raffled off to people who RSVP and attend.
