- Salman Rushdie (here Nov. 2): extensive biographical and critical info is available in the Literature Resource Center database. The library has many of his books. Note that if they are charged out you can request them for your use through the library's online catalog.
- Paul R. Katz (here Nov. 3): the library has several books by this distinguished geriatric medicine specialist.
- David Orr (here Nov. 6): the library has the books of this educator and environmental advocate.
- Danny Schechter (here Nov. 17): read or view the books and films of this noted media critic and creator.
