Ithaca College

Therapeutic recreation and leisure services faculty recently gave the following presentations at the National Recreation and Park Association Annual Congress in St. Louis:

• Margaret Arnold delivered two presentations, "Evaluation from A to Z: Improving our Knowledge" and "Grad Students 101: Faculty Perspectives."
  
  
• Linda Heyne presented a session entitled "Collaborative Online Instruction: Creating a Positive Learning Experience for Therapeutic Recreation Students and Practitioners."

In addition, Margaret Arnold was elected to the national board of directors for the Society of Park and Recreation Educators, which is a branch of NRPA; and Lisbeth Berbary successfully passed the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification exam.
