Gerontology Student Awarded Scholarship

Elizabeth Ruckert (physical therapy '05) has been awarded the 2003 Robert A. Famighetti Undergraduate Student Scholarship from the Society on Aging of New Jersey.

The award is given to one student "who has made a significant contribution to the field of gerontology that has enhanced the quality of life of or services to the aged." The scholarship award is $1,000. Ruckert was nominated for the scholarship by Professor Patty Lynott of the Gerontology Institute.
