The informal education and support group for employees with aging family members established by the Gerontology Institute together with the Office of Human Resources continues to meet monthly.
Meetings are open and your participation is welcome.
The next meeting will be held on December 5, noon-1:00 p.m. in the Gerontology Institute resource room (413 CHS).
This month's speaker is Susan Major, CSW. She will present "Managing Caregiver Stress, Frustration and Anger." Major is a presenter for the ENI Institute, the training division of Ithaca College's Employee Assistance Program provider, on issues related to the sandwich generation. She also provides individual, family, and group therapy through ENI.
Feel free to bring lunch. Beverages and dessert will be served. This presentation is cosponsored by the Gerontology Institute and the Office of Human Resources.
