Tarr Receives Residency through Media Arts Center

Assistant Professor of Cinema and Photography Simon Tarr has been awarded a residency at the Experimental Television Center for 2004.

The ETC Residency Program supports projects that approach video as a contemporary electronic art practice to support the creation of new works. ETC was founded in 1971, an outgrowth of a media access program established by Ralph Hocking at Binghamton University in 1969. Today, the Center continues to provide support and services to the media arts community.
