As a partner in the Parnassus implementation at Ithaca College, the Student Employment Office announces the imminent availability campuswide of the electronic student employment authorization form, commonly referred to as the SEA.
This electronic form will replace the paper SEA and enable a more efficient method of communicating to the Student Employment Office regarding student employee processing.
Our goal is to begin exclusively using the electronic SEA at the beginning of April. Information Technology Services will conduct training in cooperation with the Student Employment Office during spring break week. Designated departmental staff members will have the responsibility of processing the electronic SEA for student employees in their area. They have been advised by e-mail of the training dates and tutorial available. To register for a session, navigate to ITS Workshops.
Questions regarding which departmental personnel will need to access the form and training for implementation of the SEA may be forwarded to the Student Employment Office.
