Associate professor Joel Maxcy (sport management and media) has published the paper "Motivating Long-Term Employment Contracts: Risk Management in Major League Baseball" in the journal Managerial and Decision Economics. The article appears in the journal’s March 2004 edition (volume 25, number 2).
