Come get the skinny on diet -- Alexa Schmidt, the Sodexho dietitian will be on campus, Thursday March 18.

Do you have questions like

• What does "fat free," "no sugar added," or "low calorie" really mean?

Come to Towers Dining Hall for the answers to these questions, and so much more. Alexa Schmidt will give a talk on the latest dieting crazes and what you should really be aware of regarding diets.
