Ithaca College

A total of 90 Ithaca athletes have been named to the Empire 8 Presidents' List for the fall 2003 semester. In addition, 10 Ithaca teams received Empire 8 Team GPA awards. Both honors herald academic achievement by student-athletes within the conference.

Athletes named to the Empire 8 Presidents' List must have earned a grade-point average of at least 3.75 while displaying positive conduct on and off campus. Empire 8 Team GPA awards are given to teams whose members maintained a combined grade-point average of at least 3.20. No conference school had more varsity teams receive Empire 8 Team GPA awards.

Ithaca's 90 Presidents' List selections were more than any other school and represented each of Ithaca's 25 sports. Ithaca's women's crew, women's cross country, gymnastics, men's swimming and diving, women's soccer, softball, women's swimming and diving, women's tennis, women's track and field, and volleyball each received Empire 8 Team GPA awards.
