HPHM Students Recognized at Convention

Two students received awards at the recent American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance national convention in New Orleans.

Senior health and physical education teacher education major Kristin Sweeney was recognized as the 2004 recipient of the National Association for Sport and Physical Education Major of the Year award.

Senior health education teacher education major Amy DeRiso was recognized by the American Association of Health Education as one of the outstanding undergraduate health education majors for 2004.
