Ithaca Baseball Seeded First in Regionals

The Ithaca baseball team (32-7) will be the top seed for this weekend's NCAA New York regional playoffs, which will be held at Joe Bruno Stadium in Troy.

Ithaca's first game will be against fourth-seeded Rensselaer, the tournament's host school, at 3:30 p.m. Thursday. The double-elimination tournament also features second-seeded Brockport and third-seeded Cortland. Games will continue Friday and Saturday.
