Ithaca College

A handy new feature has been added to the Parnassus login page for users who have forgotten their password.

If you have forgotten your password, click the link "I forgot my password" and a new window will open where you'll be prompted for some personal information. Once you fill out the form and submit the request, your new temporary password will be e-mailed to your Ithaca College e-mail address. When you next login to Parnassus with the temporary password, you'll be prompted to reset your permanent password.

We hope you find this new feature more convenient.
