If your resident student employees need to arrive to campus before August 21 for training, you are required to provide a meal plan for them.

Please stop by the Office of Conference and Event Services in Egbert Hall to pick up the early arrival policies and order forms. Please submit completed forms at least five business days prior to students arrival.

Note: This year, all early arrival students will receive conference meal cards. The student ID cards will not be activated for their early arrival meals.
