Professor Elizabeth Callaghan's op-ed piece on the 10th anniversary of the "McDonald's coffee spill lawsuit" was published by the Philadelphia Inquirer on August 18. This article led to her appearance on the 50,000-watt, 1210 AM, Dom Giordano radio talk show in Philadelphia. Both the article and the appearance debunked the myth of frivolous law suits.
