Marcus began his journalism career in 1982 as an education reporter for the Miami Herald. Since then, working as a staff writer, columnist, and foreign correspondent for various newspapers, he has traveled to nearly 50 countries covering a range of events, including the rise of terrorism and the breakup of the Soviet Union.
Marcus is the author of a book to be released later in 2004 titled, What It Takes to Pull Me Through: Why Teenagers Get in Trouble and How Four Got Out. Contributed by Melissa Gattine |
