Ithaca College

A female student reported to the Office of Public Safety that on Sunday, September 26, at about 1:30 a.m., an unknown male subject approached her on the sidewalk outside Circle Apartment building 17. This student reported that the male touched her in an inappropriate sexual manner without her consent.

The subject was described as white, of college age, approximately 5' 9" tall, with a thin build, dark eyes, and dark hair which was in a "buzz cut" style on the sides with 1" to 2" of gelled hair spiked on the top of his head. He was wearing jeans, a button-down collar shirt (maybe blue) and sneakers. The subject told the victim at one point that he was from West Point but later he indicated that he was a senior at Ithaca College.

Anyone who may have seen this person or who has information about this incident or any similar incident is asked to contact the Office of Public Safety 274-3333.
