Marie Garland Leads State Association

Marie Garland (organizational communication, learning, and design) successfully programmed the 2004 convention of the New York State Communication Association as the association Vice-President.

She will now serve as NYSCA President through 2005, the first Ithaca College faculty member to hold this office since the mid-80s.
