The final pay date of 2004 for biweekly and semimonthly employees is Friday, December 31.
The December 31 biweekly checks and advices and the semimonthly checks will be available for pickup on Thursday, December 23, using the normal distribution procedures.
Please be aware that these checks cannot be cashed and will not be negotiable until Friday, December 31. The money for direct deposits will not be available until Friday, December 31. We are distributing these checks/advices early for your convenience and we appreciate your cooperation in following these special procedures.

If you have student employees who will not be on campus Thursday, December 23, and are expecting a paycheck on December 31, please have them leave you a self-addressed, stamped envelope so you can mail their paycheck home.
