Ithaca College Chosen to Host Olympic Academy

The United States Olympic Committee (USOC) has announced its decision to accept a proposal by Ithaca College and the Department of Sport Management and Media to host the 2005 United States Olympic Academy on the IC campus June 13-18, 2005.

The academy is comprised of two modules -- a leadership camp for those with aspirations of working with Olympic organizations followed by a two-day academic symposium.

A call for papers for the symposium will be issued soon.
