Research on Diabetes

If you have diabetes, and you are 18 years of age or older, we need your help!

We need your help to understand what factors might be important to consider in designing educational initiatives both for people with diabetes, and for their families. We have prepared a web-based survey that asks for information about your beliefs and experiences with diabetes.

Beginning February 21, 2005, if you have diabetes and you are 18 years of age or older, please help us by logging onto our website https://www.ithaca.edu/diabetes. The survey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. All of your responses will be anonymous!
