Alexa Schmidt, a Sodexho registered dietitian will be on campus Wednesday, March 30. She will be hosting various talks with students, faculty, and staff throughout the day.

Her schedule for Wednesday is as follows:

10:30am - 11:15am -- A presentation to the IC athletic coaches on healthy eating for athletes (Terrace Dining Hall)

11:45 am-1:30 pm -- Nutrition table at IC Square; open to the public -- anyone can stop by and talk with Alexa!

2:30 pm-3:30 pm -- A presentation and discussion for students (IC Square, faculty & staff dining room)

3:30 pm-4:30 pm - A presentation and discussion for faculty and staff (IC Square - faculty & staff dining room)

For the presentation and discussion sessions (2:30 pm to 4:30 pm) there will be door prizes. So stop on by.
