What's not to love about a cuddly teddy bear? If teddy bears bring a smile to your face, one in a skating outfit from the 1984 Olympics, signed by Scott Hamilton is a must for your collection! And where could you possibly find such a bear? Why, at the Bursar's Benefit Auction, of course!
As the auction date quickly approaches, the bursar's office staff are feverishly working to put the finishing touches on the nearly 150 items available at this year's auction. Wait until you see some of our newest items! For the creative carpenters in the group we have a 30 x 30 table saw that will bring out the ingenuity in you. An adorable hand crafted mitten wall hanging will dazzle your friends when they see it on your wall. Having a hard week? Pamper yourself with a luxurious collection of Mary Kay Cosmetics lotions. Proud of your Ithaca roots? Sit back and relax with the All Things Ithaca basket, featuring the requisite "Ithaca is Gorges" shirt and matching mug, Ithaca Root Beer, Lucas wine, flavored chutney, supreme movie packages, chocolate blueberries and Art bars, and a Sons of Pitches CD. These are just a few of the new and tempting items that can be yours on April 14!
Payday is coming, so set aside your money now -- don't be outbid by your buddies! The Bursar's Benefit Auction will be held on Thursday, April 14, in the Clark Lounge of the Campus Center. Preview and silent auction are from 10:00 am to 12:15 pm. The fun-filled live auction will run from 12:30 to 1:30 pm. Don't forget to purchase one of our prize balloons, available from start until the last one is popped. Every balloon has a prize equal to or more than the price of the balloon.
