Howard K. Kalman, assistant professor in the organizational communication, learning, and design department, recently presented a refereed presentation at the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) conference held in Vancouver, BC.

More than 65 professionals attended the presentation, “Systems Concepts and Principles: It’s More than Parts.” The session included a series of hands-on activities that enabled participants to discover how personal perspectives limit systems thinking and impact organizational change efforts.
