The following departments, presently located on the 14th floor of the West Tower -- budget, financial services, and purchasing -- will be temporarily relocated to the second floor of Friends Hall from May 9 until completion of the elevator replacement project.

The offices and personnel involved in this move are:

Accounts payable -- Ann Martin and Monica Morse
Accounts receivable -- Tami Hastings
Budget -- John Galt, Beth Reynolds, and Sally Dietz
Financial systems -- Vanessa Brown
Purchasing -- Robert Mudge, Gail Wagner, and Karen Cleveland
