Larry Hajime Shinagawa, director and associate professor of the Center for the Study of Culture, Race, and Ethnicity, has had an article accepted by the Asian American Policy Review.

The Asian American Policy Review is a publication of the John F Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Entitled "Creating Educational Institutions as Centers of Acedemic Excellence, Community, Identity, and Empowerment: The Case for Asian Americans," it will appear in volume 14 of the journal.
