Conference and Event Services Office Hours - Friday, April 29, 2005

The Office of Conference and Event Services will be closed for some number of hours Friday, April 29, 2005 so staff can attend the funeral for Morgan Potter. We are making every attempt to cover the office with student workers, but the entire office may be closed from approximately 9:30 am to approximately 3:00pm. Thank you for your support during this difficult time.

After some discussion today, a few staff members will remain on campus tomorrow in order to provide the most basic services and to support existing events.
