Congratulations to the New "Ithaca Idol"

Allison Woodard (art, '07) was crowned the new "Ithaca Idol" at the Ithaca Relay for Life July 8-9. One of eight contestants, Allison sang two numbers by Stevie Wonder and won the popular vote by receiving the most dollar votes after the contest.

A member of Ithaca's successful IC Hope team for three years, Allison has been interested in music since she was young and has composed many of her own songs. All voting proceeds from the contest were donated to the Relay's overall collection.
