This is a reminder that Parnassus will be unavailable from 9:00 p.m., August 11, through August 15, 2005, during a major software upgrade.

  • The August 12 bi-weekly payroll should be available for on-line viewing through Employee Self-Service at https://vail.ithaca.edu/ace today, Wednesday, August 10
  • The August 15 semi-monthly payroll should be available for on-line viewing through Employee Self-Service at https://vail.ithaca.edu/ace tomorrow, Thursday, August 11.


Parnassus Financials users will not be able to access the system on the times and dates mentioned above. All EZ Pay and Payables transactions must be in the system or to Payables by noon on Thursday, August 11th in order to be processed before the system goes down. Otherwise they will be processed when the system is available again after the upgrade.

Please post for employees without e-mail/internet access.
