Ithaca College no longer prints paper direct deposit advices for our student employees. You can view your pay online!
All students signed up for direct deposit will view their pay information via “IC Student Employee Self Service.” You are able to access this functionality directly by going to https://vail.ithaca.edu/ace and clicking on the Parnassus tab located at the top of the screen (between Main and Argus). You may also access it from your WEB PAC menu by following the prompts to access Parnassus. Once you are at the Parnassus Main Page you will be prompted to enter your user name and password. Your user name is your e-mail user name. Your initial password is the last six digits of your social security number. Upon successful connection, the system will ask you to reset your password. In the future, should you have any need to reset your password, access the Parnassus Main Page and click on the “I forgot my password” link on the bottom of the login screen. You must have an IC e-mail account activated in order to access IC Student Employee Self Service. All communication regarding changes to IC Student Employee Self Service will be sent via IC e-mail. If you choose to use another e-mail address, it is still your responsibility to read your IC e-mail messages.
In most circumstances, you can view your pay two days before the actual pay date. For a list of pay dates, please visit our website at https://www.ithaca.edu/financial_services/pay_home.htm.
