Department of Exercise & Sport Sciences Receives Equipment Grant!

The department of Exercise & Sport Sciences (ESS) was awarded an equipment grant worth over $4,400!

Polar USA accepted a research proposal from Dinesh John (ESS) and Professor Gary Sforzo (ESS) to conduct a study on heart rate recovery patterns following group exercise classes. The research will be conducted this semester at the Wellness Clinic and Fitness Center
