The Office of Human Resources is pleased to let you know that HealthNow will begin processing Ithaca College claims from their Buffalo Customer Service Center which will allow representatives to be available to members later in the evening. Effective September 26, 2005, the customer service hours will be from 8:30am to 9pm, Monday - Friday.
The customer care team dedicated to the Ithaca College account will continue to be reachable by calling 1-888-995-3095. The mailing address for claims will be PO Box 80, Buffalo, NY 14240.
We hope you will find the new evening hours to be more convenient, especially during the upcoming re-enrollment period.
