As a part of the Student Leadership Institute, Rebecca Plante will present a free session entitled, “Gender and Leadership” on Tuesday, November 8 at noon in the Klingenstein Lounge

While there are obviously many successful women leaders, is there a style or approach to leadership that is distinctive to women? This session will look at whether there are differences with regard to how men and women lead.

The Student Leadership Institute is a free ongoing series of workshop sessions designed around topics in leadership and is intended for all Ithaca College students.
