The Office of Conference and Event Services will not be able to provide additional audio visual production services through Sunday Nov. 6. due to the upcoming Family Weekend activities and numerous other events already scheduled. All of our student production techs have exhausted their allotment of student employment hours for this time period.

As a reminder, audio visual service requests need to be submitted a minimum of five business days in advance of the event date. Events requiring more than technical assistance require more notice. Requests that require internet connections need to also be made to the ITS Help Desk with a minimum of five business days notice in advance of the event date.
