The Office of Human Resources wants you to know that access to the on-line re-enrollment process will be available beginning Thursday, November 17th through Friday, December 2nd.
Beginning November 17th, all re-enrollment information about the various Individual Choice benefits as well as step-by-step directions for completing the on-line process, can be found on the web at: https://www.ithaca.edu/hr/benefits/reenrollment2006.
In addition to the on-line help, the benefits staff will be available in the HR Training Room (located in the Administration Annex) for one-on-one assistance at the following times:
11/17: 8:30am – 7:00pm
11/18: 6:00am – 5:00pm
11/21: 8:30am – 5:00pm
11/22: 8:30am – 5:00pm
11/28: 8:30am – 5:00pm
11/29: 8:30am - noon
11/30: 9:00am – 7:00pm
12/01: 6:00am – 5:00pm
12/02: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Please feel free to drop-in anytime during the times listed above to get answers to any questions you may have regarding your benefits or for help in navigating the on-line process. No appointments are necessary.
Important Note: If you wish to elect a HealthCare and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account for 2006, you MUST go into Benefits Self-Service on-line to make that election.
We highly recommend that everyone go through the online re-enrollment process to verify current benefit elections, dependents and beneficiaries. If you have not already done so, please complete the beneficiaries section on-line so that your beneficiary elections are electronically stored in Parnassus.
