The redesigned website of the Office of Multicultural Affairs Center for LGBT Education, Outreach, and Services has been awarded two MarCom Creative Awards.

The MarCom Creative Awards is an international competition that recognizes outstanding work by marketing and communication professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of marketing and communication programs and print, visual and audio materials.

Entries are judged by industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. There were more than 4,600 entries in this year's Print Media Competition. Winners come from advertising and public relations agencies, corporate communications departments, educational institutions, government entities, designers, writers, and other businesses and individuals.

The newly redesigned LGBT Center website was created by LGBT Coordinator Lisa Maurer and Sarah Johnson '06.
