This message only pertains to packages that we have issued pink notices for pick up and will not pertain to mail left in mail boxes or packages held at the Phillips Hall Post Office or College Circle.

All packages that have not been claimed from mail rooms by 4PM on December 16th, 2005 will be forwarded to the permanent address on file.

Packages without tracking numbers and mail received during winter break will be held at the Mail Center until January 16th. This mail will be verified with the spring 2006 admin residence hall room assignments. It will be delivered to mail rooms beginning January 16th, 2006 when all mail rooms reopen. Packages with tracking numbers will be held at the Phillips Hall Post Office.

Only the College Circle Mail Room will be staffed during Winter Break. Hours will be posted on the door of the mail room.

Mail Services and the Phillips Hall Post Office will be closed beginning 12/23/05 and reopen on January 3, 2006.
